Wooli Drops Heavy ‘Resurrection’ EP on Ophelia Records

Wooli’s Resurrection EP on Ophelia Records features two new dubstep tracks and collaborations with Trivecta and Codeko.

No one is dropping music in the melodic bass and dubstep scene like Seven LionsOphelia Records. Resurrection, the debut label EP from Wooli, is another can’t-miss release on the trendsetting label. Resurrection includes two melodic tunes and two heavy dubstep tracks, capturing the essence of Wooli’s sound perfectly.

While Wooli has worked with Ophelia dating back to 2018, this is his first full-length EP on the label. It comes a few weeks after his first show on the Destination Tour, which is stopping in cities like Chicago, Vancouver, and Minneapolis before ending in Toronto on February 12.

Both”Resurrection” and “Fight Milk” featuring Kompany bring the bass music and briddim vibes.

Resurrection” is an epic dubstep story that is appropriately used as one of Wooli’s intro songs at his live shows. “Fight Milk” sees him reunite with longtime collaborator Kompany, resulting in a couple of aggressive dubstep drops.

The melodic selections include “Crazy” with Codeko and “Light Up The Sky” with Trivecta and Scott Stapp.

Wooli’s music is usually on the heavier side, but he’s always explored melodic sounds as well. Since working with Ophelia, his music has truly reached the next level. “Crazy” with Codeko and “Light Up The Sky” with Trivecta and Grammy winning singer Scott Stapp from Creed are solid melodic dubstep compositions that have an ideal amount of mainstream appeal.

After playing at Lost Lands 2021 and appearing on a few dates of Ophelia Records’ Pantheon Tour, Wooli is now on a headlining tour of his own. The Destination Tour started in November and continues for the rest of the winter 2021-22 concert season.

With fresh new music and support from artists like Trivecta, William Black, Calcium, and Ubur, the Destination Tour is definitely something you don’t want to miss. The Resurrection EP by Wooli can be streamed and purchased on all major platforms, and tickets to the Destination Tour are available now.
