Beyond Wonderland Chicago debuted at Northerly Island near Downtown Chicago last year, and it’s returning in June 2025 for a huge sophomore year.
Beyond Wonderland Chicago was one of last year’s most exciting developments in the electronic music festival scene. Despite rainy weather and a muddy venue, our review of Beyond Wonderland Chicago was overwhelmingly positive. The 2025 lineup is out now, and it’s another promising slate of artists at the festival from Insomniac Events and Auris Presents.

Beyond Wonderland Chicago will host some of the world’s biggest EDM artists, as well as a great selection of house music, bass music, and more. Afrojack, Illenium, and Marshmello are some of the lineup’s most recognizable names. Other artists set to perform at the Beyond Wonderland mainstage include Audien, Loud Luxury, Meduza, Slander, and Subtronics.
When it comes to house music, Beyond Wonderland Chicago shines bright. D.O.D, Gene Farris, Green Velvet, MK, Malaa, Murphy’s Law (UK), OMNOM, Odd Mob, SIDEPIECE, Tom & Collins, and Walker & Royce should not be missed. Collaborative b2b sets from San Pacho & Matroda, Martin Ikin & Biscits, and AC Slater & Chris Lorenzo will each combine selections from two top tier artists.
Beyond Wonderland Chicago 2025 Lineup
The bass music lineup is similarly strong. Ahee, Blanke, Boogie T, Crankdat, Ganja White Knight, Jade Cicada, Mersiv, Ravenscoon, Samplifire, Troyboi, Wooli, and YDG are some highlights. There are several great additions in the drum n bass genre, like Culture Shock b2b Aeon:Mode, Hedex b2b Bou, Netsky, and Wilkinson.
There are also stage takeovers listed on the lineup from Insomniac’s brands like Bassrush, Day Trip, and Insomniac Records. The two-day festival weekend will take place on June 6th-7th, 2025. Beyond Wonderland uses the entirety of the Northerly Island area, including both Huntington Bank Pavilion and the surrounding fields.
Beyond Wonderland Chicago has become the city’s go-to event of the summer festival season. 2025 looks to be a promising follow up to a great first year, and we look forward to making memories in June 2025 and beyond.
