Lollapalooza 2024 is upon us, which means another four days of countless genres of music spread across Grant Park near downtown Chicago. The famous Perry’s Stage will host electronic music for four straight days from 12-10 PM. Check out the full Lollapalooza 2024 set times now.

The Lollapalooza lineup combines both established headlining artists as well as new and exciting rising acts. Perry’s is the place to be for EDM, with Zedd, Skrillex, Zeds Zead, and Fisher closing out each night. Other headliners include blink-182, The Killers, Future x Metro Boomin, Hozier, and Ben Bohmer.

Take a look below for some of our most anticipated artists at Lollapalooza 2024. From classic Chicago House to dubstep, Lolla 2024 will be another great festival weekend in the city that created house music.

Farley “Jackmaster” Funk, Thursday 5:20-5:50 PM

Farley Jackmaster Funk is a Chicago house music legend. An influential figure in the genre since its beginning in the 1980s, he continues to perform a classic house style today. Farley Jackmaster Funk has made sporadic appearances at festivals over the years, including a performance at the inaugural Mamby on the Beach and a headlining spot at this year’s Chicago House Music Festival at Millennium Park. Perry’s rarely gets DJs that are outside of the popular music status quo, and it’s worth stopping by during this 30-minute set to see a real Chicago House party.

Mochakk, Thursday 7:15-8:15 PM

Brazilian artist Mochakk has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the electronic scene since his first house music release in 2017. His groovy yet experimental style combined with hip-hop influences has resonated with crowds all over the world, with frequent performances in South America, Europe, and more. Mochakk’s summer 2024 tour includes stops at prestigious festivals like Creamfields (U.K.), Sonus (Croatia), Awakenings (Netherlands), and Osheaga (Montreal), with just one weekend in America to play at Lollapalooza and HARD Summer. Mochakk frequently performs and releases music with the Ibiza-based collective Circoloco Records. Expect the nightclub energy of Ibiza to make its way to Grant Park on Thursday night.

it’s murph, Friday 2:30-3:15 PM

His debut solo single only came out last year, but that hasn’t stopped it’s murph from becoming one of the most exciting rising electronic acts in 2024. Focusing on a unique house music vibe, it’s murph has quickly racked up millions of streams. 2024 has seen several festival debuts for it’s murph, including appearances at Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, Ubbi Dubbi, and Elements Festival. Hailing from Nashville, he relocated to Los Angeles to attend USC and graduated in 2023. While it’s murph only has a few singles in his discography so far, each song is unique in its own way and shows tremendous potential for the future. Friday afternoon is an opportunity to see a new artist that will likely be playing festivals for years to come.

Galantis, Friday 7:15-8:15 PM

Galantis is a legendary act within the EDM scene. Originally consisting of two established producers (Bloodshy & Style of Eye), Galantis is now the solo act of Christian “Bloodshy” Karlsson. He has an impressive production history working with the likes of Britney Spears and Maroon 5, and he’s also a member of the indie electronic band Miike Snow. Galantis has an upbeat and happy vibe to their productions combined with a high-energy electro house vibe at their shows. Galantis’ most recent album, Rx, features collaborations with David Guetta and Neon Trees. Galantis is responsible for some of the most iconic EDM classics like “Runaway (U & I)”, “No Money”, and “Peanut Butter Jelly”. Expect to hear all of these songs next to some hard hitting EDM drops at their Perry’s set.

Skrillex, Saturday 8:15-9:45 PM

Skrillex. What more needs to be said? Sonny Moore popularized dubstep and bass music in the 2010s and continues to be one of the most iconic figures in EDM today. Following Lollapalooza performances in 2011 and 2014, Skrillex returns for the first time in ten years. This time, he will be closing out his own curated stage, which sees “Perry’s” turn into “Sonny’s” for the entirety of Sunday. After performances from recent collaborators like Four Tet and Kenny Beats, Skrillex will have a 90-minute closing set on Saturday night. If his set is anything like what we experienced at EDC Mexico, this set from Skrillex is going to be one for the books. He will likely play new songs from his album Quest For Fire as well as plenty of crowd pleasing classics from throughout his decorated career. There’s a lot of hype for this Skrillex set, so arrive early and be ready to camp out at Sonny’s.

Zeds Dead, Sunday 8:45-9:45 PM

While blink-182 at the T-Mobile Stage is a high priority in the headlining slot on Sunday night, Zeds Dead at Perry’s is just across the street. Formed in 2009, the Canadian duo are true tastemakers in the bass music scene. Known for their curated parties at Red Rocks and annual stops at venues like Salt Shed and Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, they have one of the most loyal followings in dubstep. Their sets span multiple genres, with their original productions combining house music, dubstep, drum n bass, and more. Zeds Dead are responsible for some of the most popular dubstep tracks, and their Deadbeats label showcases many of the genre’s trending artists. In true Zeds Dead tradition, they’re closing out the weekend with an afterparty at Radius. If you’ve ever enjoyed dubstep in your life, you know it’s necessary to catch some Zeds Dead to close out Lolla weekend.
