Beyond Wonderland Chicago is making its debut in 2024, so we took a closer look at the artists we’re most excited to see.
Beyond Wonderland has been a well known festival on the West Coast since 2010. The festival is coming to Chicago for the first time in 2024, with headliners like Kaskade, Diplo, Tiesto, Alesso, and RL Grime.
Beyond Wonderland Chicago 2024 is a highly anticipated weekend for Midwest concertgoers. Heatwave Festival was held in the same venue at a similar time last year, and Auris Presents and Insomniac Events are expanding the event significantly this year. Insomniac Events is the company behind events like EDC Las Vegas and EDC Orlando, and Beyond Wonderland is their first festival in Chicago since 2013.
The Beyond Wonderland lineup is spread across four stages from 2 PM to 11 PM on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Read about three of our most anticipated artists below, and buy your tickets now for the festival’s inaugural year.
Audien b2b Jason Ross, Saturday 8:40-9:40 PM

Saturday night at Beyond Wonderland features a b2b from two legendary EDM artists. Both Audien and Jason Ross started making trance, progressive house, and big room style tunes over 10 years ago. They both enjoyed releases on Above & Beyond’s legendary Anjunabeats label before branching out and diversifying their sound. Today, Audien usually releases under Armada Music while Jason Ross often works with Seven Lions and Ophelia Records. The duo toured together last year and recently released their collaboration “21”. Expect uplifting, emotional, and euphoric vibes from this set.
Maddix, Sunday 4:55-5:55 PM

Dutch DJ/producer Maddix has been an innovator in the mainstage music scene for years. He began as a big room and electro house producer with a special creative edge to his music. Maddix then began experimenting with a combination of techno, trance, electro, and more, mixing together influences to put a new spin on the EDM sound. Following Hardwell’s return to music and his affinity for “mainstage techno”, Maddix has seen a meteoric rise over the last few years. He often releases under the Revealed Records imprint and has collaborated with artists like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, Blasterjaxx, Vini Vici, UMEK, Timmy Trumpet, and KSHMR.
Eli Brown, Sunday 10-11 PM

A massive force in the house and techno scene, Eli Brown has only increased in popularity since his first release in 2019. He quickly gained the attention of Calvin Harris, who enlisted him for several collaborations under his Love Regenerator project. His recent collabs include Joyhauser, HI-LO, Lilly Palmer, and Layton Giordani. Eli Brown’s sets are relentlessly high energy, and his music can be heard everywhere at the festival from the main stage to the house stage. His most recent EP features songs that have been popular unreleased IDs for months. Closing out the festival on Sunday Night, Eli Brown is going to end the weekend on a high note.
