The techno-heavy Movement Festival returns to Detroit in 2024, and they just revealed a fantastic lineup for 2024.
Unless you live under a rock, there’s no doubt you have heard about the behemoth of a festival named Movement Music Festival held in the birthplace of techno music itself: Detroit, Michigan. The 2024 edition of this historic festival was announced back in December, and now the lineup has come out.
The announcement comes with an exciting mix of house, techno, electro, and more as huge names such as Fatboy Slim, Honey Dijon, and Solomun are slated to grace the statges. Daily lineups and the full lineup are finally out now.

In the first 2024 Movement lineup tease, we saw incredible artists blazing the techno scene such as 999999999, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and I Hate Models. Originally titled Detroit Electronic Music Festival, this techno safe haven is cherished by even the most hardcore techno fans.
Historically, Movement Detroit has brought out the likes of Richie Hawtin, Underworld, Deadmau5 (as Testpilot), and Skrillex, just to name a few. Fans from everywhere flock to the city of Detroit not only to revel in the city’s majestic music scene and venues, but to indulge in the most deepest and soulful music the electronic scene has to offer.
In the 2024 lineup, we also see newcomers generating tons of buzz around their sound and production value. Artists such as Indira Paganatto and Jaguar are featured for the first time. Aside from the obvious techno presence, there are also house teasers that prove that this festival is a monumental event for both techno and house heads. Popular names like Honey Dijon and Gorgon City are present, and others like DJ Minx are ready to show house music some love.
Movement has always done a fantastic job of bringing people from all parts of the world together. Whatever music suits your fancy, there is always something at this festival for you to enjoy.
