The infamous DJ Mag Top 100 list was just released, and David Guetta earned #1 in the rankings for the fourth time.
The DJ Mag Top 100 rankings for 2023 are here, and after an impressive 2023, David Guetta has been crowned #1 once again. Rounding out the top 5 are Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix, Alok, and Armin van Buuren.
Several crossover hits propelled Guetta to the #1 spot in 2023, including “Baby Don’t Hurt Me” with Anne-Marie and Coi Leray and “I’m Good (Blue)” with Bebe Rexha. He closes out the year with a tour across Asia, South America, and the Middle East, including a stop at 808 Festival in Bangkok, Thailand.
David Guetta previously won in 2011, 2020, and 2021 before Martin Garrix took the prize in 2022. The record is set by Armin van Buuren with five total wins following the inaugural edition in 2001. Over 1.3 million votes from 237 unique countries were counted for the contest in 2023. It’s a global electronic music staple that represents nearly all EDM genres.
